About Marine

"I’m Marine, a French dancer, choreographer, and yoga teacher.

As a shy child, dance became my way to express myself and build confidence. After graduating from the National Ballet School of Marseille, I performed professionally across Europe — from classical ballet in France and Germany to contemporary dance with Aura Dance Theatre in Lithuania.

But off stage, I struggled with stress, self-doubt, and anxiety. Yoga changed everything. It taught me to breathe, listen, and put myself at the center of my own life. It helped me heal emotionally, manage my emotions, and make decisions from love, not fear.

My practice — yoga, breathwork, mobility, and dance improvisation — gave me the courage to step into life as a freelance artist and teacher.

Studio Yog’art was born from that transition — a space to share the tools that help you feel more connected, grounded, and alive in your own body.

Today, I travel the world as a choreographer, performer, and teacher, guiding people to move with freedom and find clarity within themselves."
